Free Market connects MapleStory Classic players who sell or look for items for mesos. The trade always happens inside the game.

Pick the item and set a price in mesos, or import your inventory from a screenshot. It is free, up to 25 listings. - Get contacted
Another player writes to you with preset messages: offers and counteroffers in mesos, translated to their language automatically. - Meet in game
When the deal is closed you see each other's IGN (and Discord or Telegram if shared) and trade in game. - Rate
Afterwards you rate each other from 0 to 5. Good ratings build trust for everyone.
Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Free Market is free: there are no paid plans or advantages to buy.
How does the trade happen?
In game: you meet in the Free Market (or buy from the mule's shop if the seller added channel and room) and use the trade window. The site only connects you; it never touches items or mesos.
Why is there no free chat or typed titles?
Preset messages and titles prevent scams, insults and real-money offers, translate themselves to the other player's language and protect the site against complaints so it can keep running.
Can I sell for real money?
No. RMT is banned by Nexon and here too: the account is suspended permanently. If someone offers it, report them.
How do I avoid scams?
Check the trade window carefully before accepting, never hand anything over “first” outside of it, and look at the other player's ratings. If something goes wrong, use Report.
How do I know someone wrote to me?
You see it instantly on the site, and you get a Discord DM if you are in our alerts server (announcements only, no chat).
Is the price per unit or for everything?
It is always shown per unit (each). If you post several units you can type the price of the whole lot: the site works out the unit price and shows the total too.
How do I delete my account?
In My profile, at the bottom, “Delete my account”. Your contacts, alerts and listings are erased right away.
